ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Follow proper food safety and workplace safety practices and procedures
Run shifts effectively holding team members accountable for their actions
Be knowledgeable of employment law practices relating to restaurant
management to insure complianceBe aware of food and labor cost goals to achieve expected results
Demonstrate the ability to perform as an exceptional role model as a
restaurant manager to promote team member growthPerform and understand daily managerial functions associated with the POS
and back office systemsMonitor inventory levels based upon current restaurant sales
Have knowledge of team member standards to insure compliance with
performance and appearance expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to foster and encourage open communication, teamwork and cooperation. Results driven with one to two years leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
