ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Follow proper food safety and workplace safety practices and procedures

  • Run shifts effectively holding team members accountable for their actions

  • Be knowledgeable of employment law practices relating to restaurant
    management to insure compliance

  • Be aware of food and labor cost goals to achieve expected results

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform as an exceptional role model as a
    restaurant manager to promote team member growth

  • Perform and understand daily managerial functions associated with the POS
    and back office systems

  • Monitor inventory levels based upon current restaurant sales

  • Have knowledge of team member standards to insure compliance with
    performance and appearance expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to foster and encourage open communication, teamwork and cooperation. Results driven with one to two years leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stands for long periods of time without sitting
  • Walks fast paced during shifts. Bends, reaches and stoops
