Crew Leader/Foreman

Seeking a skilled, multi-talented carpenter experienced in a variety of trades to lead crew members, in order to complete various residential and commercial projects . Must be skilled with framing, specialty installation, decks, steel door & hardware installation, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall repair, and demolition.

Requirements:
Carpentry experience in a residential environment (commercial experience a plus)

Crew leadership experience
Strong work ethic
Excellent problem solving skills & ability to adapt to circumstances
A positive, can-do attitude with high level of personal initiative.
Must have the ability to work independently and on a team.
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
Must have the ability to follow all applicable safety regulations
