Home Instead Senior Care is looking for an operations manager to join its Fayetteville team. In this position you will help keep the gears moving in this fast paced environment with lots of moving parts.  Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling
  • Human Resources
  • After Hours support
  • Coordination with other departments
  • Managing time sensitive issues
  • Complying with state regulations and franchise standards
What are we looking for  in a candidate? Some of the qualities include:
A passion for seniors
Experience in an environment with a lot of employees with variable schedules- scheduling experience a big plus
Previous management experience with multiple direct reports for multiple years
A flexible schedule that can accommodate business demands outside of normal business hours
Ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly as business needs dictate
A general understanding of Federal and State human resource laws and regulations
