Career Opportunity: We are actively seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Mooresville, NC! Position will be on 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm). Work Responsibilities: As the Production Associate, you will: Support quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol Communicate material needs for future capacity requirements Support the Inventory Control System Inspect merchandise, checking for quality and condition Distribute items to their accurate location considering all factors Input clear customer account notes in internal computer systems Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Other tasks as required to meet team goals Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role: High School diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of prior production or warehouse experience Understanding of Inventory Management Systems Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks; ability to plan and think ahead Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment Ability to work overtime as needed Possess excellent time-management abilities, high motivation and independence Illustrate sense of urgency, flexibility and ability to work in a changing work environment where continuous improvement is encouraged Demonstrate competency in effective relationship building and communication Ability to perform varied and repetitive warehouse tasks including operation of forklift, hand truck and manual lifting of boxes between 50 – 100 pounds.
