Job Description
We are a family owned Auto Repair Shop and Inspection Station located in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania. We are currently looking to hire a person to run the front desk area.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm). Experience preferred and/or knowledge of the industry a plus. Must have reliable transportation.
Some expectations and duties will include:
- Welcoming customers, providing customer service at the front desk as well as keeping the waiting area tidy.
- Scheduling for the shop.
- Incoming/outgoing calls, emails & message taking.
- Light filing duties.
- Customer invoicing and collecting payment.
- Supporting the technicians through various daily activities with the aim of organizing operations each day and providing excellent customer service.
