Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Director of Sales is responsible for building, growing, effectively marketing the sales center and positioning it for growth

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build Sales center with essential components to be volume driven
  • Increase monthly volume effectively with aggressive marketing strategy
  • Plan and execute promotions to increase volume
  • Ability to design and monitor compensation structure based on volume
  • Communicate with merchants to build and maintain relationships through renewal phase of a contract
  • Recruit, train and develop staff to sell contracts and close deals
  • Assess needs for a successful sales center e.g. potentially purchasing a dialer, lead purchase, software enhancement
  • Additional tasks may be required

Qualifications

  • Excellent Sales and Marketing skills in the Merchant Cash Advance Space
  • Good time management, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work within a team environment
