Avionics Lead Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking to hire an Avionics Technician Lead who will supervise mechanics and remove, assemble, install, troubleshoot and inspect components related to avionics and electrical systems in commercial aircraft, in support of modifications and heavy checks.

Remove, buildup and replace harnesses, check connections, terminate, install systems, troubleshoot, using hand tools and blueprints.

Work closely with managers to ensure production is on track, schedule work for technician teams, consult with leads in different maintenance operations areas to accomplish modifications and maintenance safely, effectively and on schedule.

This is a long-term role for someone seeking a stable career in commercial aircraft maintenance.

Requirements:

5+ years of avionics experience in a heavy maintenance environment

A&P license preferred

Airframe license minimum
