As a Product Director, we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in digital consumer services and is passionate about building a business that will change the legal space forever. The Director will engage and explain complex requirements to then dive into analysis while zooming out to focus on the product strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on our mission of creating the world’s best consumer legal service while having a significant impact on the company’s future
  • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of our product roadmap as well as managing the end-to-end product development process
  • Lead a team of product managers and designers and partner with engineering, customer service, marketing and legal to create distinctive experiences people love
  • Responsible for enhancing how we learn from customers and identifying new ways to improve their lives, including expanding our product portfolio to new services and features.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in consumer services or fintech, at least 2 of these building and leading teams of product managers
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, preferably within a virtual environment
  • Experience working in agile design environments
  • Experience with Python
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record of strong performance in organizations with a high-performing consumer SAAS product culture
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making, ideally with a background in top-tier management consulting
  • Demonstrated success as a values-based leader who can build and maintain a culture of empowerment, ownership and accountability
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills; able to drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts
