    What you’ll be doing...

    Looking for an opportunity to move fast and make a significant impact? Visible’s charter is to rapidly and radically improve the Member’s experience in new and innovative ways. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Principal to lead product development of key features in our product roadmap.

    • Partnering closely with design, technology, and other product teams to create memorable and delightful experiences for customers who engage with an innovative product.

    • Drive key business metrics, and develop requirements for innovative technologies that align with our mission.

    • Managing complex businesses, solving technical challenges, and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion.

    • Tackle novel situations every day and contribute your product expertise to create surprising and delightful experiences that customers grow loyalty and trust.

    Note: The role can be based in any location within the USA.

    What we’re looking for...

    You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders, including teams across software engineering, logistics, product management, legal, finance, and core retail businesses. You are comfortable with an extremely high degree of ambiguity, can work across a wide cross section of stakeholders, and relish the idea of solving challenging problems.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Six or more years of experience owning and driving complex, end-to-end product initiatives across multiple technology teams in different organizations.

    • Strong Product Management background – experience owning and delivering end-to-end solutions and experiences and have experience executing with a high bar within compressed timelines.

    • Willingness to travel.

    Even better if you have:

    • Demonstrated ability to put our Members at the core of product decision-making for product development.

    • Ability to earn trust of the engineers as well as product teams and stakeholders

    • Ability to investigate problems first, dive deep into the root cause, and find systematic gaps while supporting conclusions with analytical data.

    • A demonstrable strong bias for experimentation and data-informed decision making that inspires team members to build, learn, iterate and discover real customers’ jobs-to-be-done.

    • Ability to monitor and learn from business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable product recommendations, and share trade-offs for those recommendations.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to succinctly tell your product’s story.

    • Able to demonstrate excellence in delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous situation.
