We are seeking a self-motivated, driven candidate that is detail oriented with excellent communication and conflict management skills. This position entails resident data collection in the form of contact sheets, photography, note taking, resident follow up, and the delivery of updated information to the main office. Performance of other various tasks as needed is assumed. Compensation will commensurate with required experience and qualifications. Our main office is located in downtown Vancouver, WA, however the chosen candidate will be required to commute to several areas within and outside of Clark County. This is a full-time temporary position with opportunities for transitioning to a permanent vacancy. Essential Duties Traveling to various communities as assigned using a company vehicle Communication with residents in a professional and friendly manner Data collection and recording while ensuring accuracy of information and correct documentation Daily communication and reporting to the Director of Communities as the immediate manager Appropriate, respectful, and responsible use of company property Protection of each resident’s personal information (non-disclosure of confidential information) Maintaining personal accountability and time management in a position that is highly independent Preferred and Required Qualifications Successful completion of a background check, may be subject to random drug screening Possession of a valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of WA/OR Successful completion of a 90 day probationary period Preferred minimum of 45 WPM, experience with MS Office Suite and Google Drive 2 or more years prefered experience working in a real estate or business environment OR successful completion of a graduate program in a related field Application Procedure Interested applicants will follow up with this job announcement by emailing a resume and completed application.
