Seeking a highly qualified, self motivated individual with primary skills and experience in the industrial mechanical maintenance fields. Requires proficiency in blue print reading and fabrication skills, ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy fabrication equipment, pneumatic and electrical hand tools, mig welding equipment, electric hoists, spotwelders, hydraulic actuated equipment, plural component paint equipment, piston pumps, centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps and more. Basic knowledge of industrial electricity and a minimum of seven years experience in an industrial maintenance environment is required. This is a fast paced position requiring an individual with good communication skills, willing to take on responsibilities, make decisions, and is a self-starter.
Regarding compensation, after but not limited to 90 working days there is a possibility of an additional $1.75 per hour for the candidate that has performed and displayed the knowledge, skill and abilities expected for the position.
Regarding the 3, 12 work day schedule or 36 hours per week. The hourly compensation noted is at an accelerated rate to provide equal compensation to a standard 40 hour week. This is considered a full time position with full benefits.

Sunday night start time through Thursday night. Overtime on Friday nights frequently required
