The HealthEdge Technical Systems Analyst will be directly supporting our mission to inspire a better healthcare system by directly supporting our mission to inspire a better healthcare system by owning the implementation of the claim adjudication software across clients. The HealthEdge Technical Systems Analyst will drive the design, development, and documentation of system process workflow and various implementation activities.

Responsibilities of the HealthEdge Technical Systems Analyst:

• Conduct interviews to discuss and analyze new requirements with customers and users
• Analyze, translate, and review business and user needs with stakeholders
• Participate in an agile development teams and ensure other members have the right amount of information at the right time (Lean Agile-Progressive Elaboration)
• Work across multiple projects and with multiple customers concurrently

Required Qualifications of the HealthEdge Technical Systems Analyst:

• Four or more years of experience as a Technical Systems Analyst or equivalent role
• One or more years of experience with the HealthEdge Health Rules Payor application
• Strong understanding of technical systems and the Software Development Lifecycle
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to see where improvements can be made to algorithms and processes

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
