Job Description

The Compliance AML KYC Analyst 2  primarily supports the Global Banking KYC Operations Head and KYC Operations leadership team by handling key global and regional business and operational analyses, managing calendars for global head, arranging video conferences and meeting agendas, and providing other analytical and administrative tasks as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports a senior manager on execution-related and administrative tasks
  • Manages day to day agenda and calendar(s) of senior management aligned to strategic vision
  • Supports and administers KYC Operations People Strategy
  • Champions global diversity initiatives by tracking diverse slates across regions
  • Ensures attendance of key KYC Operations team members in senior forums
  • Leads communications strategy by maintaining constant flow of key messages via various media to and from senior leadership and site staff
  • Maintain and report key metrics to support global senior management agenda
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure information is received or tasks completed before due
  • Supports execution of key strategic projects for leadership team by driving culture of continuous improvement and accountability
  • Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls
  • Oversees collection and consolidation of, as well as assists with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Supports productivity improvement initiatives, working with global operational teams to set and track production targets
  • May prepare and analyze materials and correspondence for meetings and review at high level with senior leaders
  • Coordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
  • Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports
  • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
  • Trains, coaches or guides other staff on administrative topics when required
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong management, influencing, communication and implementation skills to deliver continuous service improvement in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships at a senior level.
  • Previous administration and analysis experience preferable
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, across regions, and across all levels of management.
  • Ability to partner with and lead groups alongside both managed and non-managed staff and to present information to seniors and stakeholders in terms that facilitate understanding and necessary actions
  • Proven problem solver, self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment with different functional areas to get the job done.
  • Proven ability to prioritize business objectives and effectively manage multiple projects through to timely benefit realization. Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent work experience
