This Business Systems Consultant will collaborate with WF's Incident, Problem, and Change Management process end-to-end in resiliency monitoring. Continually test and improve the resiliency of critical technology infrastructure domains on an ongoing basis. Manage the resilience risk mitigation and improving the support of critical technology infrastructure domains. Work with engineering teams to identify data sources, collect necessary data, and address data quality issues . Continually test, ensure, and improve data quality and completeness. Collect data, perform trend analysis and identify pattern of resiliency risk and vulnerabilities. Work with partner teams to address resiliency vulnerabilities, including making resiliency improvement recommendations.

• 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with systems monitoring tools such as HP OpenView, Nagios, SiteScope, Xymon or Big Brother/Hobbit
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment
• Experience using data analysis to identify trends
• Experience in data analysis and documentation
• Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

• Knowledge in infrastructure and technology resiliency
• Experience in Technology Risk Management with specific focus on Tech Resiliency around Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture
• Ability to handle, analyze and present data

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
