We are seeking Temporary Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for answering calls for an Unemployment Claim Filing Hotline.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving information as it becomes available
