I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. Feeding: Know how to feed patient with aspiration. Help Staying Physically Active: Passive range of motion so she doesn't get stiff. Medication Management: Very careful with medication for seizure, DVT and stomach issues. Companionship: Talks to her softly and makes her feel good. Optimistic. Schedule Details: I may need someone who can sleep over night. My mom has Alzheimer's. She has swallowing issues and is incontinent. I need someone who has experience with feeding patients with swallowing problem as she can get pneumonia. Also experience with handling patients with back fracture. HAS TO BE VERY CAREFUL!
