Do you have Administrative AND Manufacturing or Construction Office experience? YES? Fantastic I have the perfect opportunity for you in Fort Myers! This role will be responsible for assisting the sales department, following up with customers via phone and email and some clerical duties.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with filing, phones, etc.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, prepare agenda and necessary materials, follow up with minutes and maintain records
- Update policies for multiple entities when they are due for review
- Process vendor invoices, purchase orders and check requisitions

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years administrative office experience and
- Manufacturing Industry experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team while remaining professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office products
