Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to assist in facilitating daily maintenance functions in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. This is a proactive position with a focus on preventative maintenance, capital improvements, and customer service. Responsible for overall care and maintenance of the real estate. This position reports to the Site Property Manager and Maintenance Manager. Requirements: 2+ years of prior property maintenance experience is required. On-Call availability on a rotating schedule required. Must live within 45 minutes of the subject property. High school diploma required Current valid drivers license required. Typical Duties include: Turn-over apartments, meet deadlines and initiatives, interior/exterior upkeep and improvements, maintain curb-appeal and grounds upkeep. Compensation: Hourly wage is commensurate upon experience Overtime available Full benefits package, Harvard Pilgrim healthcare, 401K, , vacation time, sick time & overtime available.
