Jr. Data Engineer (Spark and Scala) – Full Time Data Engineer is responsible for creating and supporting data processing solutions in cloud for our clients. In this role you will use Open Source technologies like Spark, Scala in AWS cloud environment to design and develop data processing applications to provide our clients with faster insight into their business *This role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* AIA - Artificial Intelligence and Analytics Practice AIA Practice leads all initiatives surrounding incorporating AI into Customer Intelligence, Operations Intelligence, Product Intelligence, and Fraud Insights Locations: Chicago, IL; McLean, VA; Plano, TX; Richmond, VA; Wilmington, DE Work will be remote till COVID is over, or client site opens up. Must be open to any of the locations mentioned above Responsibilities & Qualifications: You will develop, test and deploy the solutions for warehousing systems. In addition, you will be responsible for resolving any issues with the systems as well as creating user documentation outlining the design, troubleshooting and repair steps. Minimum 6 month to 1 year of working experience in Scala Ready to relocate to various locations within the United States. Commitment to complete the H&T training and complete the AWS and Spark certification during the training period.
