The “Guide” telephone representative is responsible for ensuring our customers get the insurance coverage they need, with a 1st-class experience. You build unique relationships with each shopper, pre-qualify and connect them to the perfect agent to make sure they're happy with their coverage. That’s it!
This role will heavily depend on your sales skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership ability (something that you can greatly improve while doing the role).
