We are currently looking for knowledgeable automotive repair individuals to join our Sales Team. Our Arlington super-store is unlike any other retail environment as our customer’s passion for their rides is only matched by our passion for delivering top notch automotive technical knowledge and customer service. If you are a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys interacting with people, and have strong automotive knowledge – then we want to meet you! Successful applicants will be automotive enthusiasts with experience in a similar position, have an intermediate level of computer experience, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have some retail and/or sales experience. Our store is open 7 days/week. The work shift will vary and will include working at least two weekend days, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Compensation is based on a set hourly rate plus commissions, and there are automatic progressive promotions based on sales. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Have ability to read and understand English, and have basic math comprehension Must be able to use technology. Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires standing during entire shift as well as bending, squatting, kneeling, and twisting.
