Inside Parts Sales

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to receive, execute, and follow-up on parts sales leads while using inventory management and customer relationship management software. To be successful in this position, applicant must be driven to provide outstanding customer service, effectively communicate and interact with many different personalities, be resourceful, and be hungry to meet and exceed sales goals within a growing parts sales department. This position also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an in-depth knowledge of Excel preferred. This position will also be required to complete other tasks assigned within the sales department under the direction of the Vice President of Sales.

Job Requirements
* 1-3 years customer service experience preferred
* Solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Fluent Spanish
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* In-depth knowledge of Excel preferred
* Acquire and maintain superior product knowledge
* Basic Math skills
* Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is preferred
