Senior Finance Manager, Store Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Finance Manager to support the Store Operations team. Through technology, process improvement and effective workforce management, the Store Operations group is driving store simplification efforts that help our 300,000+ associates better serve our customers.

This high-profile role will lead a team responsible for the Planning and Forecasting efforts across the Stores function. The Senior Finance Manager will work closely with Stores Finance leadership and Global FP&A to deliver an accurate, timely and insightful regular forecast as well as a best-in-class Annual Operating Plan. This role will also work with our systems team to improve our processes and forecast accuracy.

The successful candidate will be thoughtful, analytical, have a strong bias to action and the ability to collaborate across functions. The candidate should also have a proven track record of managing a team with competing priorities and providing clear guidance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a team responsible for building tools, processes and reporting in support of quarterly Forecasting and Annual Planning
• Partner with the Finance Systems team to enhance and evolve the Forecasting and Planning tools
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and process standardization
• Manage and develop key FP&A processes to analyze financial performance and communicate key drivers of performance to leadership
• Design, develop & deliver insightful financial reporting, dashboards and analyses
• Provide input on FP&A requirements while evaluating new financial systems, building automation into processes
• Drive improvements and provide scoping for system and process enhancements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical field
• 7+ years’ experience in a finance or analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Exceptional analytical skills; highly detail oriented
• Experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (MicroStrategy, TM1, Hyperion/Essbase, Business Objects, Cognos, Teradata, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple competing priorities
