JOB DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for leading and motivating supervisors and individuals to deliver best in class Telecom Expense and Data Management FUNCTION * Leading teams of telecom professionals supporting Telecom Life Cycle Management for our clients, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Contractual Auditing, MACD order management, vendor relations in resolving billing and inventory disputes. * Provide leadership support and guidance in Client and Vendor relations to foster partnerships to maximize success. * Maintain leadership standards that foster teamwork and build relationships across multiple departments * Consistently seek out opportunities for process improvement * Promote leadership development, and act as a mentor for supervisors and team members. * Strive to build employee engagement and effectively lead teams through change * Manage team and individual expectations up and across various levels * Strategic budget, staff, and succession planning * Promote change through project management either as an individual contributor or supporter * Support and lead department and company wide initiatives * Regarded as final escalation point for complex client issues. * Engage with supervisors for team and individual goal development * Model and lead strong client service commitment philosophy * Partners with Human Resources regarding staffing, evaluating performance and staff development. Other combinations of education/experience may be considered * Broad knowledge of telecommunication products and services, with a deep understanding of telecom technologies and billing systems. * Experience in Telecommunication management a plus * Experience in Process Improvement methodologies is a plus * Minimum 5 years of management experience with proven ability to gain team efficiencies through process improvement initiatives. * Minimum of 5 years experience in the Telecommunications industry. * Must be detail oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and workflow.
