Kelly Services is looking for Associate Mfg Process Technicians in Juncos area.

Salary $10.41 plus shift differential

Job Description:

Under direct supervision, performs processes according to Standard Operating Procedures in the Manufacturing area.

FUNCTIONS1. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment 2. Set up and prepare equipment for operation 3. Responsible for internal support operations e.g. stocking items, autoclaving, tracking inventory 4. Assist in manufacturing operations 5. Prepare media and buffers and/or dispense raw materials and record transactions in appropriate system s .6. May operate process automation and building monitoring systems. 7. May act as safety representative8. Understand and follows procedures9. Document activities as appropriate i.e., MPs and logs using Good Documentation Practices GDPs 10. Comply with cGMPs 11. Comply with safety requirements Knowledge:1. Basic knowledge of set technical/functional procedures pertaining to own area2. Established knowledge of routine activities within own job3. Applies basic job skills and knowledge of procedures and processes4. Completes a variety of assignments e.g., performing routine lab support procedures, operating specialized equipment 5. Typically recurring tasks and standardized activities6. Recognizes when deviation from accepted practice is requiredProblem Solving:1. Uses basic analytical skills to solve task-related problems:- Fact finding- Information search and gathering- Verifying data- Compilation2. Identifies and resolves routine and recurring problems- Problems may involve uncommon variations of issues or situations3. Refers more complex problems appropriatelyAutonomy: Typically receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments Receives regular supervision for most assignments; work guided by standard procedures- Follows standard operating procedures and protocol documentation Priorities set by others and works in accordance with pre-determined deadlines. Contribution: Contributes to own team/closely related teams through quality and efficiency of own work Supports team to achieve goal.

EDUCATION

Associate degree  and six months related experience or High school diploma/GED and 2 years of Manufacturing and Operations experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to perform basic computer operations, such as ability to navigate in MS Office, use email, and complete training using Computer Based Training CBT . Ability to assemble disassembles, operate and understand equipment per procedures. 

Requirements:

Ability and willingness to work any shift in support of operations that may include 24/7. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Experience in a GMP or other regulated environment Organizational skills and an ability to perform assignments with a high degree of attention to detail Capacity to follow written procedures, recognize and report malfunctions and make adjustments to equipment. Documentation skills. Written and oral communication skills.
