One of the top third-party logistics teams is looking for a Recruiter for their Greensboro location.  The Recruiter responsible for building a candidate pipeline to meet the hiring objectives of the organization.  This would include networking, sourcing, developing new recruiting strategies, networking and partnering with hiring manager and talent acquisition to identify sources for candidates.  This position is temp to hire and offers competitive pay and benefits during the temporary duration.  

They are growing and expanding which provides opportunity for advancement.  They are a friendly, collaborative team with strong communication while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles at various levels
  • Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Experience with an ATS preferably UltiPro
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with talent and long-term sustainable networks
  • Ability to work across multiple business units
  • Ability to travel if needed
