Shift Activity Coordinator (1) - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is seeking for a Packaging Coordinator  for Gurabo area.

Salary: $8.25 plus salary diferential

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

Coaches team members on technical aspects of making product, productivity and time management. Provides documented feedback on coaching activities and works with team members to ensure service requests are clearly defined and properly entered into system. Plans and schedules operational activities when required. Performs appropriate on shift activities and provides support and maintenance during their shift. Updates and adjusts Master Task List as needed. Ensures tasks are being completed and documented. Leads shift production meeting. Ensures log book entries are accurate and audits applicable sections. Coordinates activities and ensures safe work practices, high productivity, and quality requirements are met. Also ensures resources are available to meet production needs and that appropriate employees are available for overtime when needed. Makes sure Employee Health Safety is main priority of plant.

JOB Requirements:

Previous experience in similar position.

Availability to work any shifts: 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd including weekends and overtime

Basic computer skills
