JOB REQUIREMENT SUMMARY: The Jr. Contracts/ Sales administrator will have demonstrated competence in DoD Contracting, Commercial contracting and International contracting for a minimum of 5 years. They should also possess strong knowledge and experience with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFAR). The Jr. Contracts/ Sales Administrator shall exhibit competence in: Drafting and negotiating Team Agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, consultant/ Agent Agreements. Reviewing complex solicitations and assist in preparing proposals including development of pricing strategy, Reps/ Certs, Intellectual property Assertions, Etc. Analyzing and negotiating unique contract requirements, change proposals, terms and conditions and special provisions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company objections. Review and provide guidance on manufacturing related contracts and major subcontracts that include billable milestones, non-recurring engineering and extra ordinary terms, conditions, and schedules. Advising senior management on contractual rights and commitments and providing interpretation and guidance on contract terms and conditions. Assist in collecting data for individual sub-contractor reports (ISR’s) per specific contract guidelines. Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements within the business team and providing guidance on contractual issues. Coordinate with program managers to ensure contract requirements (CDRLs adherence to SOW) are fulfilled. In concert with the Facility Security Office, manage and enforce ITAR requirements, export License/ Technical data requirements, Technical assistance Agreements and international contracts. Assist Sales Administration in preparation of quotes. Assist in establishing yearly price list for Tampa Microwave’s product portfolio Qualifications: Must be a U.S Citizen. Designation as a Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) desirable. Ability to influence and negotiate schedule, cost, and terms / conditions. Ability to apply independent judgement and analysis applied to resolution of contract issues. Demonstrated ability to provide sound interpretation of and application of government contracts and procurement regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and interact effectively, both internally with technical staff and management as well as external customers and suppliers/subcontractors. Ability to work in a fast pace, complex environment and effectively multitask to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Knowledgeable of Salesforce/Sage a plus
