2nd Shift Production Team Member

Primary Location: Ocala, FL

Wage: $12.50 - 14.10 /hour with $500 Sign on Bonus

As a Production Team Member, you will:

• Follow the Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIBs) for the job
• Exercise safe work practices
• Maintain good housekeeping of area
• Perform preventative maintenance as directed
• Maintain specific quality standards by performing all checks as required by the quality sampling standards
• Operate carton & strapping equipment
• Maintain production rates and strives to improve
• Become skilled at identifying product names, codes, labels, ID numbers and associated components
• Perform adjustments, preventative maintenance and completes standard setups/changeovers on equipment
• Handle materials to and from the production line
• Complete all necessary paperwork and computer input as requested
• Use hand tools, gauges, measuring devices, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment to perform job function
• Record and maintain all production and quality documentation
• Work at different workstations and various departments as production needs require
• Perform material handling duties on a forklift and electric pallet jack if certified
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
• Other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday- Friday (4 am – 12 pm) with overtime, including Saturdays
