Job Summary

We are hiring for a Monitor Technician for Baptist Health as a full-time position in Jacksonville, Florida and are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus. This is a night shift position in the Central Monitoring Unit at Baptist Jacksonville in our Downtown location. As a monitor tech, you are responsible for:
  • Observing patients for variations in normal heart rhythms
  • Closely observing EKG’s on the monitor
  • Analyzing and interpreting these patterns for any signs of abnormalities
  • Collaborating with the nurse or physician regarding a response plan in the case of any irregularities
We have recently expanded our Central Monitoring Unit at our Downtown location and are looking for experienced Monitor Techs to join our team.
