Details:

  • Location: Green Bay, WI
  • Direct Hire position!
    • You will be hired directly with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.
  • Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
  •  

Position:

• Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to questions, and providing problem-solving resources.

• Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice.

• Lead department employees in providing excellent customer focused service.

• Improve customer service quality and order entry efficiency by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes.

• Establish & analyze service metrics and communicate results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, be able to handle key accounts with a responsive attention to detail, and is excited about finding answers to customers’ questions.  Furthermore, they will have a vision for the department based on “what great looks like” and their passion for customer service spreads to others.  This person will work to inspire and guide office personnel to exemplify customer service daily.
