RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Accounting Team with invoice processing
- Accounts Payable-related tasks
- Knowledge of Financial Statements
- Journal Entries & Reconciliations
- Data entry for billing materials in Excel
- Operate as Back-up for Accounts Receivable
- Other administrative duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance –OR– 1+ year within an accounting-related occupation
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel; Accounting Software - QuickBooks or CORE
- Quick learning abilities and willingness to help where needed
