Key Roles and Responsibilities: Work independently to confirm the proper installation of gas pipelines. Review documentation for MAOP, hydrostatic testing, and code compliance. Mark up as-built drawings, alignment sheets, & P&IDs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Follows direction and supports efforts of Project Manager and project teams Responsible for effectively communicating project related information to Project Manager and appropriate project team members Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in technical subjects Attention to detail and the ability to follow paper trails is critical Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university required Typically, three to six years related engineering experience Microsoft Office experience required Good knowledge of DOT 192 (ASME B31.8) Familiarity with both CAD and GIS Mapping a plus but not required Field experience relating to pipeline installation is a plus Environment/Working Conditions: Position is in Fort Worth, Texas All work to be performed in office environment No travel required Reports to client project manager and UPI pipeline department manager Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and will be eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits package which includes: medical, dental, and vision, basic life insurance, AD&D insurance and educational assistance.
