Maintenance Technician-II.MFG

Has the responsibility to perform installations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and reconditioning to equipment / industrial machinery and facilities using diagrams, schematics, operations manual and manufacturer specifications. All tasks must be carried out following the safety regulations, quality standards and the policies and procedures established by the company. Install, diagnose, perform troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and reconditioning to mechanical components of equipment / industrial machinery and facilities following the times and itineraries established in the department. Install, diagnose, perform troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and reconditioning to electrical and electronic components of equipment / industrial machinery and facilities following the times and itineraries established by the department. Carry out calibration work on industrial machinery. Analyze and detect any mechanical situation or malfunction in the industrial machinery and equipment of the production lines and perform the corresponding repairs. Coordinate the priorities of the work with the staff of the department and / or their immediate supervisor, ensuring that the established work and itineraries are followed.

Requirements:
Education / Experience / Certifications or Licenses: Graduated from Technical School or Associate Degree in Engineering, Refrigeration, Mechanics, Stamping or Electronics. Have a Licensed Electrician, Plumbing, Refrigeration Technician and / or Mechanical or Electronic Certificate.                                                                                 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, Parts Manufacturing or Maintenance.

License: Driver - Valid
