Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer
Location: Deer Park, NY
Environment: Mobile Patrol
Pay Rate: $13.00/hr

General Job Functions: Regularly patrol areas of the exterior and interior of the center. Patrols conducted by foot and company vehicle. Must have professional and customer friendly personality to interact with customers, while being professional and security conscious in responding to incidents and alarms.
Shift & Hours: Sunday 1pm-9pm; Monday & Tuesday 4:30pm-1am

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Computer Literacy
• Phone Skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Drivers License required
• Clean MVR
• Unarmed Security License
• At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
