We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.  Super fast-paced, growing, highly productive commercial real estate team and property management group seeking someone awesome and:

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office products

·       Loves organizing and tracking data

·       Could manage a Facebook account with eyes closed

·       Is considered the most reliable and responsive person in friend group

·       Is flexible, experienced in professional communications, and not easily rattled or offended (Clients can be tough)

·       Is coachable/loves to learn/not afraid to put in the hard work to grow personally as well as professionally

·       Super self-motivated and positive – no salty negative nellies

·       No experience in real estate needed, but customer service experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence, listing agreements and otherdocuments
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite clients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
