- Once you are fully trained, you will be given the task to run this position independently!
- You will be responsible for the full life-cycle of permits for various items such as, but not limited to, construction, electrical, signage, etc.
- Maintain a high-level of organization as you will need to schedule follow-ups on permits, watch for expiration dates and re-apply to renew permits, etc.
- Act as the company liaison to the city, push to have permits approved on time, make any edits and corrections that they request, follow up with internal staff for any information needed in order to complete a permit request, etc.

MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of permit coordinating experience
- High school diploma
- Strong and proven organizational skills
- The ability to learn new skills and job duties quickly and apply them the first time you're shown
- Coach-able and approachable personality; outgoing and fun!
- Prior experience handling tasks that require follow up, research, and strong organization
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience working as a Permit Coordinator
- Experience with electrical permits
