About this job
An NFC Social Distance Monitor is responsible for ensuring all social distancing followed in the designated areas of the building/property. This is to be done in a professional and respectful manner.
Reports To: Social Distance Monitor reports directly to Concierge/Fitness/Lifestyle Director
Duties & Responsibilities (include and not limited to the following)
• Ensuring all social distancing followed in the designated areas of the building/property.
• Limited the number of participants in these spaces so social distancing can take place.
• Wiping down equipment, door handles countertops, remotes, etc., after each use.
• Interaction with clients is done in a professional and respectful manner
• Communication should be with a positive attitude and non-confrontational
• Advise residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the management of the property
• Present a professional appearance by adhering to Company Uniform and Grooming Standards
• Perform at the highest level of Customer Service and always looking for ways to “Wow” all clients by exceeding their expectations and striving to provide aggressive hospitality
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Following all procedures for resident, guest and vendor access
• Accurately record time and attendance in Company time record-keeping system
• Adhere to all Company Policies as indicated in Employee Handbook and Property specific regulations
• Knowledgeable of all emergency and safety procedures
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Must have an outgoing personality
• Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
• Must be able to follow a work schedule by being on time and dressed in the proper uniform
• Must possess the ability to multi-task
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet
• Professional phone skills
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Effective communication skills and engage positively with clients
