Operations Program Manager

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Use expertise and a partnership with customers, partners, and internal clients to prepare internal systems and processes to launch products/services/ programs/campaigns. Understand business requirements, create and sell the program or project vision and strategy, and perform scoping, planning, and scheduling. Mitigate risk, implement process efficiency, and manage results metrics. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Conduct comparisons across similar customer programs or similar feedback results and understand customer trends and history. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field of education. Experience: Two (2) years of experience in software-related program or project management. Education or experience in: Project Management; Cross-Functional Relationship/ Stakeholder Management; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Operational Due Diligence; and Operational Risk Mitigation.
