Kelly Services is hiring for 12 inbound call center representatives in Springfield, MO.

Job Details:

Hours:  center open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, on Saturdays.  All employees are required to work every other Saturday and two shifts per week of 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

*Must be able to initally work from home, but will transition to on site work.

Pay range $14-16 (DOE)

-We are looking for Patient Care Advocates who will act as the liaison between our clinics and its current and potential patients. The successful candidate will be passionate about their work and will able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

-Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
-Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
-Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
-Seize opportunities to upsell if applicable
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
-Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
-Constantly researching to improve knowledge and performance level
-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
-Previous experience in a customer support role
-Track record of over-achieving quota
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
-Passionate about success and self-sufficient

-technology requirement 

1. High Speed internet – at least 100 megabytes

2.  Ethernet connection (calls cannot be taken on wi-fi)

-Must have reliable transportation to get to the Center for when the position is no longer virtual.
