Home Instead Senior Care Louisville is one of the largest and fastest-growing home care companies in Louisville and is seeking an experienced recruiter to attract, interview, and hire CAREGivers to care for clients in its territory. You will join a team of Recruiters who collaborate and support each other in our goal of finding the best people in Louisville. This is self-starting role that will manage the full recruiting cycle of CAREGivers with support from other members of the Recruiting and Human Resources team.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Attracting new candidates using a variety of sourcing platforms
  • Screening candidates online, over the phone and in personal interviews
  • Developing relationships with local universities and career centers through job fairs and presentations
  • Creating new recruitment strategies to market our open positions and attract additional applicants
  • On-call rotation

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in high volume recruitment
  • A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including heavy use of Microsoft Office, Social Media, and Online Job Boards.
  • Comfort with outreach to passive candidates within the community
  • Creative strategies to attract a pool of candidates consistently

Job Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Business or Human Resources-related programs preferred
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
  • Proven ability and experience in high volume recruiting
