As our next Assembly Worker, you’ll help build, manufacture, and assemble dryers for the Whirlpool Corporation, the world’s leading major home appliance company and a well-known and respected 100+-year-old brand. Every day you will use power, air, and hand tools to construct these world-renowned products that make the lives of consumers easier and keep homes around the globe running smoothly. We’ll rely on you to work overtime as needed, show up on time, and put the safety of your team and yourself first. While previous manufacturing work experience is preferred, no GED, High School Diploma or experience is required.
Pay and Perks
As an Assembly Worker, you'll earn $13.00 per hour. After six months, successful employees are eligible to convert as a temp-to-hire placement working directly for Whirlpool, earning $15.50 to start.

About the Job - What to Expect
Shifts are available across 1st (7:00am -3:30pm), 2nd (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm), and 3rd shifts (10:00 pm - 6:30 am). On the job as an Assembly Worker, you can expect:
â?? You’ll push, pull, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs.
â?? Using hand tools in the assembly of small parts
â?? A fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment
â?? Cleanliness and safety to be our number one priority. You’ll learn our assembly standards and make sure that everyone works safely.
