You will work alongside several teams within the organization to drive improvement across the entire production cycle. Job Details What you will be doing: Support all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations. Ensures production is continually optimized by monitoring process vulnerabilities, working with operators, and coordinating with maintenance/engineering. Monitor daily operations, utilities systems, production rates and product quality while tracking efficiency and downtime for chemical production units. Develops SOP’s, work instructions, night/weekend plans, Gantt charts for production shutdowns. Performs process troubleshooting on reaction processes including heat & mass balance, heat transfer, and equipment performance calculations. Creates Management of Change documents for changes in the process for daily manufacturing operations. Train operators in new procedures, processes, and systems. Conduct Root cause analysis to identify root causes of defects and implement appropriate countermeasures. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering 5 or more years of experience Experience with Operations Safe Work Permitting, Maintenance Coordination and SAP PM, Process Safety Management and ISO 9000/QS 9001 Six Sigma, Lean Interested in hearing more?
