Electronics Technician 3 Louisville, KY, 40218 Contract: 6 Months Pay: $20.00-$25.00 HR / W2 + health, dental, vision, 401K benefits Job Description: Provide electronic maintenance, repair and support to assigned service calls. Ability to operate a soldering and rework station Advanced troubleshooting of issues and repair equipment as directed Perform electronic component replacement Ability to create and update technical documents/technical service bulletins Navigate and investigate electronic controls interfaces Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts Repair of mobile electronic devices such as tablet and handheld devices Orally communicate with store personnel regarding the proper use of equipment and diagnose service issues Utilize company email system to send and receive messages Properly complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion Comply with all department and company policies and procedures Ability to lead a team and assist in training of other technicians Audit registered store equipment identification lists Physical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, sitting while driving to various stores, lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside the store Minimum Position Qualifications & Education Requirements: 5-7 years’ proven experience in mechanical/electrical and electronic maintenance and satisfactory overall performance Ability to use manufacturer interface software Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when necessary Desired Previous Job Experience/Education: Ability to read engineering drawings, manuals, and schematics Advanced electronic repair troubleshooting Programming of NAND chips Keywords: NAND Chips, electronic maintenance, mechanical maintenance, mobile repair,
