Job Summary
Strive to achieve maximum value in the purchase of materials and services per established contracts. Negotiate terms, price and conditions in the event of a non-established contract, to include the purchasing of supplies, equipment, services and returning of product for credit with assigned categories. Responsible for reconciling purchase orders, receiving and invoicing discrepancies in a timely manner, and for maintaining expedited and unfilled requisition reports.
Must be able to work and communicate with all levels of internal staff, external manufacturers and distributors in reference to ordering, receiving, payment or returns.

The hours for this position are 8-4:30, M-F.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
