We are looking for a contract Grass Roots / Community based Recruiter, to support the recruitment of T-ROCers (retail merchandisers) that will reset the fixtures and merchandise for a big box retailer.

As our Community based Recruiter, you will work with local organizations throughout the community (schools, workforce offices, chamber of commerce, places of worship) to promote our local opportunities. You will build and leverage great relations and partner with those local organizations to promote hiring, develop leads, and host job fair events. Additionally you'll engage within the community distributing fliers and placards promoting our open positions. You will drive results by executing the day-to-day local Feet On Streets recruiting plans.

We seek out:

• Any experience involving retail or outside/door-to-door sales
• Feet on the street approach
• Guerrila marketing campainers / promotional modeling experience
• Identify community institutions to hire for immediate Overnight Merchandiser positions
• Ability to work independently while form strong relationships within the community
• Workforce offices and job fairs
