Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a North Shore healthcare service in Beverly, MA, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their Billing team. The ideal candidate for this position would possess excellent customer service skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The key responsibilities for this role include; updating and verifying patient demographics and insurance information into various systems while maintaining HIPPA compliance, acting as the first point of contact for patient questions, and working with faculty staff to ensure proper documentation. This position is Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, where shift times will vary. This role is pay up to $17/hr on the contract side, and could have potential to become permanent if it is the right fit. Qualifies candidates are encouraged to apply today!
