Who You Are:

You have an interest in joining connectRN as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to provide essential care to seniors and other residents at nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

What Your Responsibilities Will Look Like

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to nursing home residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Complete certified nursing assistant records documenting care provided.

• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean environment.

• Report to the charge nurse or administrative staff incidents or evidence of resident abuse or violation of residents’ rights.

How We Know You’re A Good Fit

• Certified to work as a GNA or an interest in becoming certified

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills.

• Punctual and reliable in terms of shift attendance.

Pay and Compensation

• $17-$19/hour base rates plus Hazard Pay for select shifts

• Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x “time and a half”

• Hazard pay between 1.5x - 2.0x base

• Periodic onuses and additional compensation
