Conduct research and lead research collaborations that yield new insights, theories, analyses, data, algorithms and prototypes and that advance state-of-the-art of computer science and engineering, as well as general scientific knowledge. Master one or more sub-areas and a broad area of research, corresponding literature, applicable research techniques, and relevant academic context. Identify a clear research agenda and conduct research independently. Publish papers as lead author; review papers and organize workshops or conference sessions. Establish collaborative relationships with relevant product groups and businesses. Minimum Requirements Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Three years of experience defining processor or system architectures and optimizing system performance applying principles and techniques of Data Structures and Distributed Systems. Education or experience in: Conducting advanced research in the areas of Artificial Intelligence; Algorithms; Big Data; Machine Learning; Distributed Systems; Computer Architecture; and Embedded Systems. Experience in publishing research articles in peer-reviewed conferences and journals in the areas of computer systems, machine learning, or artificial intelligence. Multiple job openings.
