General Job Functions: Performing Security and Customer service-related functions at the various sites we patrol and staff here in the Twin Cities Metro
Shift & Hours: Evening and Night Shift needed. Up to 40 hours a week

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Duties will vary by site, but can include:
- Patrols by foot or vehicle
- Badge Checks
- Parking Lot Patrols
- Desk Coverage
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to have a flexible schedule and work overnights and weekends.
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)
- Minnesota License #297
